STEP 1

Would you be able to….?

First things first: you’ll fill out a form with details about your social media project. Since I focus on small businesses, I like to keep pricing fair and streamlined, with flexible options to fit your needs. Maybe you just need a few posts a month, or maybe you want me to manage everything — either way, my services are set up to cover it.

Prices are listed here so you can check if they fit your budget, and if not, just reach out. Sometimes we can adjust the scope to make it work for both of us.

STEP 2

Ring, ring! It’s your bestie for a month

If we’re a good fit and I have space for new clients, I’ll send you a Calendly link to choose a call time. We’ll have a 15-minute call to cover your project needs, brand positioning, future goals, and any concerns.

From this meeting, I can:

  • Create a proposal outlining the full project scope

STEP 3

Signed, sealed, delivered, I’m yours

Congratulations — you’ve officially chosen me as your designer! We’ll finalize any tweaks to the proposal, sign the contract, and I’ll send your invoice. Once the 50% deposit is in, I’ll get you onboarded into my Notion portal where you can track deliverables, access documents, and share feedback throughout the project.

From there, depending on your package, we’ll kick things off with a 1–2 hour Brain Jam Sesh on Zoom. It’s our chance to dive deep into your brand — from your motivation and story, to the competitive landscape, to colours, typography, values, and voice.
If your package doesn’t include the workshop, I’ll send you a detailed questionnaire to capture everything I need.

STEP 4

We have lift-off!

For the next few weeks, I’ll be fully focused on your project. You may not hear from me every day — that’s because I’ll be busy researching, building presentations, and creating deliverables (depending on the services you’ve chosen). Rest assured, I’ll keep you updated as progress is made.

During this stage, we’ll review any brand collateral through presentations — either via email with a voice note or a live call, depending on your communication preferences. I’ll complete your deliverables, make revisions as needed, and ensure clear communication every step of the way.

We’ll also have regular check-ins to make sure the creative direction stays aligned and that you’re fully happy with the results before we wrap things up.

STEP 5

No tears, just files

I’ve always hated goodbyes, haven’t you? After all the time we’ve spent working together, it’s bittersweet to wrap things up — but the good news is you now have your brand deliverables! I’ll package everything up for you in Google Drive or Dropbox (depending on file sizes).

Inside, you’ll find a guide on how to use your files, plus a resource and recommendations document. I’ll also include a feedback form so you can share what you enjoyed (or didn’t) about the process, with an optional section for a testimonial if you’d like to leave one.

  • I work with your existing brand assets and any photos you provide. If needed, I can source free imagery or offer stock photography as an add-on.

    I also offer Content Shoot Day Packages - in which my team will batch shoot and quick process your images, which we can also work with.

  • To make sure your brand assets are legal to use everywhere, here’s how we handle fonts and images:

    Fonts

    • We may use free commercial fonts (no extra cost to you).

    • We may also use licensed paid fonts or custom-modified fonts.

    • If a paid or modified font is used, you’ll need your own license to edit or install it on other devices/software.

    Images

    • We’ll use free commercial images whenever possible.

    • If your project requires paid stock images, we’ll confirm costs with you before purchase.

    Why this matters:

    Licenses ensure you have the legal rights to use and reproduce your brand assets without restrictions or legal issues in the future.

  • Each post includes one round of revisions. Additional edits are billed at $70/hour.

  • These packages focus on organic content. If you’d like ad management, this would be a separate service outside of the listed packages.

  • I can work with free sources, or you can add stock photo sourcing for $100/month. For larger needs, I recommend a brand photoshoot.

    I offer two options for custom content:

    • Content Shoot Days — You send me the product, and I produce and edit a batch of photos for use across your social channels. Check out my packages here.
